INGREDIENTS:
125ml milk
3 tbsp No Sugars yoghurt
125g frozen mixed berries (eg. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tbsp rolled oats
Drizzle of agave syrup or honey
Topping:
blueberries and mint
PREPARATION!
Blend the berries together in a mixer.
Mix in your 3 teaspoons of yogurt
Combine the milk and cooked oats in a mixing bowl.
Blend, pour, and relax!
