How to make berry smoothie :)

Healthy Prepared Snacks



INGREDIENTS:

  • 125ml milk

  • 3 tbsp No Sugars yoghurt

  • 125g frozen mixed berries (eg. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

  • Drizzle of agave syrup or honey

Topping:

  • blueberries and mint

PREPARATION!


  1. Blend the berries together in a mixer.

  2. Mix in your 3 teaspoons of yogurt

  3. Combine the milk and cooked oats in a mixing bowl.

  4. Blend, pour, and relax!
