INGREDIENTS:
150g yogurt
1 banana
1 pinch of cinnamon
60g frozen mixed berries
2 Protein biscuits
1 tbsp peanut butter
Topping:
Banana
PREPARATION!
In a mixer, combine the yogurt, banana, cinnamon, frozen mixed berries (hold a tbsp for the topping), and one flattened biscuits.
Puree in a blender until creamy. Fill a cup with the mixture.
To serve, strew crushed biscuits, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and the preserved mixed berries on over top.
If desired, add any extra bananas. It's yummy!
