How to make a PROTEIN BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL :)




INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g yogurt

  • 1 banana

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • 60g frozen mixed berries

  • 2 Protein biscuits

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Topping:

  • Banana

PREPARATION!


  1. In a mixer, combine the yogurt, banana, cinnamon, frozen mixed berries (hold a tbsp for the topping), and one flattened biscuits.

  2. Puree in a blender until creamy. Fill a cup with the mixture.

  3. To serve, strew crushed biscuits, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and the preserved mixed berries on over top.

  4. If desired, add any extra bananas. It's yummy!
